- Private Lessons — All lessons are catered to
each individual’s needs and personal goals to create a Pilates workout
exclusively for the client.
- Duet Lessons — Pilates with a friend, family
member or spouse is a great way to stay motivated and accountable while
getting in shape. Both the clients will have their individual needs
met and a Pilates workout will be customized for both clients. Before
starting duet lessons, both clients must complete 3 private sessions.
- Pilates for Golf Conditioning — The Pilates for Golf
program is based on the concept of building strength while simultaneously
increasing stability, flexibility, and balance and core control: all
the elements proven to be essential for a great swing.
- BOSU Integrated Balance Training — The BOSU Balance
program is a modular training system that helps improve proprioception
and balance within every component of fitness. The BOSU will teach you
exercises and movement patterns that will challenge your balance during
cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Each training module
integrates balance, stability and body awareness for total body, functional
fitness.
- Mat Pilates — Mat classes will teach you the
fundamentals of Pilate’s floor exercises and the principles of breathing,
concentration and coordination in a friendly, supportive environment.
